優秀的雄中學弟的發言。雖然提出的都是比較一般性的意見，但十七歲能夠這樣子公民參 與，對台灣的社會而言已是一大進步。 身為一個後驛土生土長的雄中小孩，高雄火車站就是我們家的活動地盤。大概2002謝長廷 還在當市長的時候，為了讓舊高雄火車站能和未來的新站並存，史無前例地把舊站建築物 「平移」處理。這樁事件正式為高雄的鐵路地下化工程拉開序幕。然而，自此之後，十年 以來，鐵路地下化工程是成功推動了，新的高雄火車站的規劃卻始終是神秘兮兮，市民根 本無法窺其堂奧。 其實大家不知道的是，台灣各城市的鐵路地下化工程，其決策權都是由台鐵和交通部鐵改 局所壟斷的，就連市政府也無權置喙。 這種「租界式」的鐵路地下化決策架構，市民和市府都是不能接受的。所以公民生氣了， 之前表現得有點事不關己的市府也生氣了，在年中的一場公民發起的「高雄火車站論壇」 ，陳菊、市秘書長、都發局長、工務局長等市府一級主管一字排開列席。我非常樂於看到 市府與市民聯手，向中央爭取新站區規劃方案的決策透明、公開！ -- ▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄ ◢ ＤＥＵＴＳＣＨＬＡＮＤ ★◢█ by cgi0911 ★◢█◢ The Order of Black and White ★◢█◢█ The Glory of Three Stars ◢█◢█◢ ▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄ ◢█◢█◢█ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 208.105.95.2
