綠委質疑：特偵組誰撥打0972？

多位民進黨立委質疑，5月21日特偵組撥入立法院0972號電話者究係何人？調查報告沒查清楚。　　

法務部表示，調查小組勘查光碟，102年5月21日上午有自最高檢察署特偵組總機2321 ****號電話撥打至0972門號的紀錄，但無任何通話內容。再調閱通聯紀錄，通話長度為0秒。據中華電信公司表示這代表該電話未接通之故。

再諮詢安裝最高檢察署特偵組總機的中資企業有限公司，中資企業答覆，該總機未裝設計費設備（SMDR、計費軟體、電腦）等，無明細登錄資料可供查明，故無法查到由哪支分機撥出該電話，也無法推測該撥號的原因。

法務部說，調查小組已盡一切調查方式，仍無法明確查知究係何人撥出，不能在沒有證據的情形下，推論是誰打電話和打電話的原因。
