林郁方：入TPP得先說服在野黨

【陳培煌／台北報導】2013台美日三邊安全對話研討會今舉行，與會的國民黨立委林郁方在上午第一場「台美日三邊國會議員對話」中針對台灣加入TPP(泛太平洋戰略經濟夥伴關係)的條件時以當初民進黨杯葛美牛為例說，國際談判必須「give and take」，有時反而得先說服在野黨；民進黨立委蕭美琴指出，加入TPP前政府須先處理農業問題、溝通與評估兩岸服貿協協議，以及提出一致性的貿易策略。

日本現任眾議員長島昭久(Akihisa Nagashima)則認為，日台之間若要簽署自由貿易協定有很大的潛力。

台灣服貿、國會監聽與倒閣案也成為會談的小插曲，與會的美前眾議員柏頓(Dan Burton)開玩笑說「國民黨要解決這些問題」。長島昭久也說，今天能參與會議是因日本沒有像台灣或美國（政府關門）正在發生的問題。蕭美琴則虧了林郁方「不要管那場（倒閣案）投票了，趕快來參加會議」，引發現場來賓哄堂大笑。
