【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】尼日信奉伊斯蘭教，但當地宗教警察揚言，為了確實執行伊斯蘭律法，若駕駛三輪車的司機的褲子不及膝蓋，或是穿背心，就屬猥褻行為，將會被逮捕。

此外，司機若同時搭載男女乘客，也會被捕。警方表示，已經派出1萬名警員執勤，確保人們遵守伊斯蘭律法。
