大樓磁磚掉落3月不修　管委會害死婦

【胡治言／綜合報導】麗榮皇冠大樓外牆石材砸死婦人案，檢警昨調查發現，7月間蘇力颱風來襲，外牆石材已掉下一片，3個月來管委會都未修復，前晚另一片重約50公斤的石材又掉落砸死人，管委會還辯稱：「外牆維護已發包給廠商，檢驗並無異常。」檢察官不排除管委會人為疏失，將朝業務過失致死罪偵辦。

《蘋果》報導，檢警勘驗之後發現，該大樓外牆石材掉落後，3個月都未修復，麗榮皇冠大樓管委會總幹事吳進財則指稱，7月遭颱風吹落的外牆，8月中旬已發包修補，維修廠商有定期巡視大樓，「原訂今天進行修補，沒想到會突然釀禍！」家屬認為管委會、麗榮皇冠大樓所有權人均難辭其咎，將提出傷害致死告訴。
