行政院：支持法務部監聽調查報告

針對法務部今天公布監聽事件調查小組報告，行政院表示，完全尊重調查小組的報告；關於行政究責部分，調查小組建議移交檢察官評鑑委員會評鑑，行政院也表示支持。

行政院表示，自9月28日爆發特偵組於偵辦司法關說案過程中，疑似監聽國會總機一事，院長江宜樺即表示高度重視，並責成法務部立即成立專案調查小組，邀請社會公正人士及法務部相關單位代表，調查瞭解該事件事相。

法務部專案調查小組於密集約詢相關人員、調閱案卷資料，並勘查監聽光碟內容後，於10日完成調查。調查小組全體成員共識指出，特偵組檢察官聲請監聽0972節費電話程序並無違法，本案亦非故意監聽國會，而係執行過程中有所違失。
