想請問一下有出險過的各位 我是後車,在車陣之中走走停停不小心撞到前車後保桿 初步看是造成了一些輕微擦傷而已 而我也去申請了車險理賠對方 這幾天對方告訴我說,修車的結果,除了外觀的損傷之外 車子開起來會產生異音,而這是車禍發生之前所沒有的 但我的保險員認為這部分他們不理賠 因為無法證明這樣的異音是來自於車禍所造成 (修車場也不願對這樣的異音責任歸屬做評論) 要我與對方走司法途徑,由法院來判定這部分責任歸屬 請問這樣的情況,算是保險員刻意刁難嗎? 因為對方與我都不希望走訴訟程序 若我們不走司法的程序,還有甚麼方法要求保險公司理賠嗎? 我個人是認為這個異音就算不是全部與車禍有關,也應該部分與車禍有關 目前對方是希望我們各退一步 由我私人負擔產生異音修繕的一半費用(若保險堅決不理賠) 請問我應該接受嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.169.38.34
