特偵組曾撥打0972　僅0秒且無法確認誰撥

【胡守得／台北報導】法務部監聽調查小組勘驗特偵組監聽立院0972小總機的監錄光碟，發現有2通訊號撥進，其中1通由特偵組總機撥出，另1通則是嘉義市1間公司，但都是無任何通話內容的0秒；調查小組召集人蔡碧玉解釋，經詢問中華電信0秒的意義，中華電信指代表該通電話根本沒接通，或者佔線，因此連問候聲都沒聽到即掛斷。
 
蔡碧玉表示，監調小組曾詢問為特偵組裝設總機的中資企業公司，瞭解該通電話是由特偵組哪一個分機撥出，但因特偵組未裝計費設備等，無明細資料可供查明，無法查得是何分機撥出。
 
至於播出另1通電話的公司，經閱卷發現與本案無關。
