中油公司今（11）日第4次公告招標位於台北市龍江路土地設定地上權案，年租金為申報地價6.25%，提供設定50年地上權，權利金底價也降為6億5,000萬元。

中油公司表示，這塊龍江路土地面積2,291平方公尺（約693坪），面臨20米龍江路及6米巷道，形狀方整，交通便利且生活機能良好，鄰近南京東路金融商業區，使用分區為第三種住宅區，可作商辦、住宅及旅館等。
