康富前董座林秦葦被訴　台中地院裁定續押

興櫃公司康富生技前董事長林秦葦涉嫌虛增假交易、掏空子公司，甚至詐騙達1.8億元，台中地檢署依違反《證卷交易法》、詐欺罪等將相關8人起訴，林秦葦則移審台中地院後，已被法官裁定續押。

根據《蘋果日報》報導，林秦葦為使公司順利上市，前年起掏空康富、綠色小鎮、瑞安、阿丘普洛等4家公司資金，再將康富公司資產挪到個人海外帳戶，掏空、詐騙金額高達1.8億元，導致4公司週轉不靈，去年4月間綠色小鎮還無預警歇業，造成綠色小鎮股東吳政衛不滿遭騙1.1億元，更向法院聲請查封綠色小鎮38家分店。

綠色小鎮上百位會員的權益受損，被倒帳的廠商更找不到人求償，林秦葦則移審台中地院後，已被法官裁定續押。

康富生技從台中發跡，經營項目包括營養保健品、醫材、藥品、有機食品、原料進出口販售，通路遍及全國各大藥局、醫療院所、醫學中心、網路購物平台、電視購物等。
