照南國中女老師捏傷學生被告

【楊永盛／苗栗報導】竹南鎮照南國中一年級鄭姓男學生，9月17日因漏寫國文作業，遭余姓女老師處罰捏傷雙手臂、造成六處瘀青，家屬不滿校方一再推拖不積極處理不當體罰案，原約9月28日協調，結果又被校長賴松蓬「放鴿子」，鄭母30日對余姓女老師提出傷害告訴，余坦承捏學生，警方今天將余函送檢方偵辦。

賴松蓬則喊冤說，絕非故意不跟家長碰面協調，余老師多次打電話道歉，會家長無法接受，會依規定懲處余老師，持續跟家長溝通，希望能撤告。家長會長林正義說，28日因他連繫不當導致家長誤會，當晚登門道歉已被謝絕，盼事情能平和落幕。【更多新聞內容，請看《蘋果跑跳碰》粉絲團】
