2013/8 http://vikingbear.pixnet.net/blog/post/29245925 電話: (02)2533-2377 地址: 台北市明水路397巷2弄2號 跟朋友相約seanson下午茶 跟敦南店不一樣的地方在於 這邊的千層派可以有桌邊製作服務 敦南店則是只有在廚房裡~ 另外用餐時間也大幅更動 現在下午茶分為兩場 一場是1:45~另一場是15:45~ 低消是一個人一份甜點+一杯飲料~ 男友點的是甜點套餐 一樣有些前甜點 軟糖~檸檬冰沙~棉花糖 跟上次來訪的時候大同小異 沒有甚麼多大的變化~ 主要的甜點部分 則是童趣棉花糖 這次搭配的是栗子蛋糕捲 裡面的奶油有點甜又不會太甜 蛋糕本體吃起來鬆軟 栗子的香氣也滿足夠的 算是好吃的一品~ 至於桌邊的千層派製作 就是把現成的千層派基底 放上奶油~水果等步驟 如果一桌點三份 也只會在桌邊現做一份 大概是秋天來了 用的水果跟整體色調 都很有豐收季節的感覺 因為是新鮮水果 吃起來不會太過於甜膩 另外旁邊還放有一球冰淇淋 可以配著派一起吃 她們家的千層派比較密一點 層次有點不太均勻 不過因為是現吃現做 口感還是挺酥脆的 味道挺有質感的~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.70.216.130
