前立委妹詐騙銀行經理百萬元　賠錢獲緩刑

【張欽／台北報導】前立委陳昭南胞妹陳淑美，7年前擔任民進黨中央黨部出納時，得知郭姓女志工外遇急需借錢，於是共謀詐騙熟識的林姓銀行經理，佯稱郭女繼承分得公公房屋，但無力繳遺產稅，遊說林借200萬元，並承諾3個月歸還，事後卻一毛未還，林憤而告陳、郭詐欺。
 
陳淑美事後坦承犯行，並與林姓經理和解，並在審理時先付30萬元給林，法官認為陳女已知所警惕，無再犯之虞，依詐欺罪判陳女3月徒刑，得易科罰金，緩刑3年，全案可再上訴。至於郭女已被依詐欺罪判刑2年，緩刑3年確定。
