最近買了S4水貨但是怪怪的...

想請問各位
最近我在網路上買了S4水貨
我以為的水貨是坐飛機來台灣 所以沒有保固 其他沒有什麼不一樣

但是這支水貨很奇怪
相機畫數超超超差 比S2還差 會LAG
手揮新功能沒有 眼睛移開影片停止也沒有

但是外型很新

我跟賣家反應
他卻一直跟我說
水貨是:
國外的設定和國內設定不一樣 所以價錢才會便宜
我要求退貨 他卻說不能因為不喜歡就退貨
我跟他說相機功能怪怪的 他說不是不能拍吧
如果是手機本身問題才能退...

而且一開始拿到手機還幫我灌好FB..
我問他是新機嗎 他一直說是...

不知道是我誤會他了還是 手機真的有問題
為了這個我跟賣家吵了一個禮拜每天吵
...
