不怕巴西OGX危機 拉美公司債不跌反漲

巴西石油天然氣公司OGX面臨違約風險，引發市場憂心，但根據彭博統計，JPM新興市場公司債券多元指數—拉丁美洲，2日不跌反漲，上漲0.15%，市場反應平淡。

天達投顧分析，OGX公司目前價格已被過度反應，未來即使發生破產重整，債權人仍可拿回的剩餘價值，根據OGX於2013年6月30 日公布財報顯示，其企業價值確實大於總債務。此外，從拉美總經或個別企業財務狀況分析，這次可能的OGX公司違約風險應只是個案，尚不致於造成系統風險。

天達投顧指出，根據估算，即使OGX公司最終產生違約，2013年拉美公司債違約率將約為4.0%，仍低於全球歷史平均違約率4.7%以下。
