招親有譜 台灣人壽股價新高

（中央社記者田裕斌台北1日電）台灣人壽招親案進入最後階段，預計將在2日董事會進行討論，台壽股價今天先行慶祝，盤中亮燈漲停，漲停價24.4元，創近7個月新高。

台壽招親吸引中信金控、國票金控出價競標，由於採最有利標，台壽將考量買家條件，對董事席次、經營參與、員工及保戶保障等附加條件後，再行決定。

外界認為，台壽目前有旗下有台壽保產險、台壽保資融2家100%持有的子公司，加上握有未來資產投信40%股權、中國大陸君龍人壽50%股權，買台壽等於「買一送四」，對兩家金控而言，有完備業務版圖與產品線的誘因。

在招親案即將開標之際，台壽自9月起股價急漲，短線漲幅超過2成，今天更亮燈漲停，股價表現在金融類股中相對凸出。1021001
