(今日面試 職缺問題) 時間: Tue Oct 1 19:53:18 2013 各位前輩好， 今天前往 在地大型(有外縣市據點)人力派遣、仲介公司 面試 ，看在版上都沒有出現該公司名稱 想說是不是有內幕? 同樣屬於大型人力資源業務的公司不可能不被討論阿~ 但是對於職務的性質、職位 體系歸屬還不甚明確。 人資(協理)， 對於我個人的能力也不太有興趣 ... 甚至不考慮從我身上找找勝任人資的條件 只想挖我瘡疤 想想掃地出門 對於請教與題問也不太有熱誠與耐心。 職務內容 在面試當下確認 為 '' 新系統計算薪資的 '' 什麼東東 ... 努力詢問下 得到: 該公司為了引進新的 薪資核算系統 並於明年2月前上線 所以需要加派人力 看起來似乎是個免洗 因為2月上路所以 是契約工 唷 並且 對方強調他們會''訓練'' 我只是擔心這種工作 請我們高職會計科的同學們都可以做的不錯 (如果我是人資) 對於一個要加入人資工作的後進 請問各位前輩認為這是如何? 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.255.185.208 ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ※ 轉錄者: yaxb (111.255.185.208), 時間: 10/01/2013 19:54:01
