中市議會祕書長涉貪　遭聲押獲准

【許淑惠、鄧玉瑩／台中報導】台中市議會新議政大樓裝修工程弊案，市議會秘書長陳健楷被控涉嫌在議會3項工程案中收取回扣2600萬元，又於土地徵收案中與仲介共同取得7000萬元等不當利益，台中地檢署聲請羈押陳健楷等5人，法院於晚間陳等人涉犯貪污重罪、有串證之虞等理由，裁准羈押陳健楷、司機黃百福、白手套劉延年3人，土地仲介業者陳志聲、駱炎德各以5萬元交保。
