男子扛水塔逛大街　當場被逮

【蔡進男／基隆報導】基隆市一名37歲陳姓男子，今天上午11時，扛著一只大型不鏽鋼水塔，搖搖晃晃的走在路上，中山派出所巡佐吳至勝、警員莊英麒，開車經過看到這一幕，覺得陳男形跡可疑，便下車盤查，由於陳男吞吞吐吐，警方決定在附近查訪。最後確定是一戶民宅所有，被害人被警方通知時還一頭霧水，沒想到連水塔都會被偷，由於人贓俱獲，陳男依竊盜罪移送法辦。
