「丟鞋案」　劉政鴻告陳為廷

【綜合報導】上月中旬在警力護駕下，前往身亡的張藥房老闆張森文靈前祭弔，被在場抗議的清大學生陳為廷以球鞋丟中額頭的苗栗縣長劉政鴻，事發後原本說「能體諒，不會提告」，結果卻是已對陳為廷提告。
 
陳為廷下午在臉書發文說，竹南分局打電話給他，要他去領「丟鞋一案的傳喚通知」，經過溝通竹南分局同意將傳票專門送到清大給他，因為警方說，「你這案子放在我們這太久，我們壓力也很大啊」。
 
陳為廷說，其實丟鞋當天晚上，警局「就向所有在場媒體調錄影帶」，「現在等到喪禮辦完、媒體焦點轉移，劉政鴻果然還是告了」，陳為廷說，「事情就是如此。遠遠還沒結束」。
 
這篇文章發出不到1個小時，近2千網友按讚，有人罵「骯髒」、「卑鄙」、「黑道」，有人KUSO說「方丈為人很小心眼的」，也有不少人鼓勵陳為廷「請你勇敢」、「我們都會支持你」。
