「大腿縫」狂熱　少女恐得憂鬱症

【綜合報導】美國青少女最近瘋狂追求模特兒才會出現的「大腿縫」，也就是纖細的大腿併攏時還有縫隙。然而，專家表示，這種壓力可能導致進食障礙、憂鬱症，甚至自殺。

臉書（facebook）、Pinterest等各社群網站（http://fuckyeahthighgap.tumblr.com/），充斥許多「大腿縫」的照片，年輕女孩上傳她們瘦到不行的大腿照片，還有名為「elleskyyy」的女網友貼文說：「發現自己有大腿縫，心裡頭好多了」，不許人在網路揪伴一起減肥，塑造「大腿縫」。

但美國臨床心理醫師葛林柏格（Barbara Greenberg）警告，對大多數女性來說，大腿縫是不切實際的夢想，因為就算靠拚命節食或運動，要達成也不容易，因為「這是骨骼結構的問題」，「絕大多數女性都不是這種身形」。對青少女來說，對這種身材的狂熱可能很危險，伴隨而來的壓力可能導致憂鬱症或自殺行為，或者嚴重的進食障礙，這可能造成永久性的大腦與骨骼損傷。
