北檢擬傳馬英九當證人 府方低調不評論

台北地檢署偵辦特偵組濫權監聽、洩密案，就洩密的部分，北檢擬先以證人身分傳喚總統馬英九，以釐清檢察總長黃世銘與馬英九在關說案尚未簽結前的談話內容。對此，府方表示，尊重司法，基於偵查不公開原則，細節府方不便評論。

據了解，北檢已與總統府進行初步連繫，想了解馬英九何時有空，待確認之後，再依法發出傳票，請馬英九到案。

特偵組偵辦民進黨總召柯建銘涉嫌關說案，負責偵辦的檢察官鄭深元，在今年8月31日約談證人林秀濤後的當天深夜，黃世銘到總統官邸面報，隔天，馬英九再次請黃世銘到官邸面報，黃世銘因此遭質疑在案件尚未偵結前，涉嫌向馬英九洩密。
