藍推國會改革 台聯批扼殺小黨

國民黨團成立「議事效率提升改革小組」，研擬修正「立法院組織法」等規定，將成立黨團門檻由現行3人改為4人以上，人數只有3人的台聯黨團首當其衝。台聯黨團總召許忠信質疑為何是4人？不是8人、10人？標準為何？「分明針對我們而來，要把小黨踢出協商行列」。

許忠信並嗆聲說，2012年立委選舉台聯黨獲得政黨票117萬8797票，得票率有9點5趴，「比馬總統之前民調9點2趴還高，正當性比馬總統高」。
