馬王高院論戰　王金平8人律師團全面防守

馬王「九月政爭」在今（26）日下午2點正式進入實質攻防！對面國民黨方面在不到一個星期的時間內，先後遞出的5份書狀，共6大爭點、30項理由，立法院長王金平方面也在委任律師許英傑的領軍下，率領其他7位律師組成8人律師團要在今天的高院法庭上，力保王金平在台北地院第一戰所獲准的假處分聲請。

許英傑表示，雖然國民黨方面在提起抗告後，先後接連遞出5分書狀，提出6大爭點，共30項抗告理由，要高院撤銷北院裁准的假處分聲請；但王金平律師團方面也已經在今天上午11點就相關法律疑義整理出一份完備的準備狀，會在今天高院的合議庭上針對國民黨所提論點一一提出反駁。

而面對王金平方面大陣仗的8人律師團，國民黨方面的委任律師陳明等3名律師，則是在進入法庭前表示，國民黨方面已經就相關法律疑義，先後以5份書狀將理由聲明遞交高院法官，相信合議庭法官會審酌相關理由做出裁定。
