【陳偉周／基隆報導】基隆市中和國小設計「黃色小鴨」許願池，讓校內學生搶先與小鴨相遇，學生們看到小鴨，興奮衝上前對小鴨又親又抱，更有同學狂捏鴨嘴，隔壁的幼兒園師生也跑來朝聖，直呼說「要跟小鴨洗澡！」
