結婚20年　5成6夫不滿自己性行為表現

【邱俊吉／台北報導】國內最新調查發現，結婚超過20年的伴侶，對性生活的滿意度普遍下降，其中男性有56%不滿自己性行為的表現，但只有38%曾與伴侶討論「勃起功能障礙」相關問題，顯示即使是老夫老妻，男人在性事上終究還是愛面子，有困難也開不了口。

台灣男性學醫學會今公布上述調查，其結果也發現，其實熟齡女子高達49%曾與另一半談到勃起功能障礙，態度比起熟男顯然較為積極，醫師認為，性生活的圓滿，關鍵在伴侶雙方對於性的態度能否一致，當某一方覺得滿意度下降，最好主動提出、討論，不要放在心裡。

該醫學會也提出另一份國外報告，在英、德、法等8個西方國家的調查中，超過40歲以上男性，有高達76%會與伴侶討論勃起功能障礙，比率較台灣高出1倍，也可見國內熟男在此話題上有多難以啟齒。
