長期使用電腦　小心肩膀長石頭！

【沈能元／台北報導】一名40多歲女子因長期使用電腦，致右肩痠痛，但休息後就會改善，而不以為意，但日前起床後，右肩突然劇痛，連手都無法舉起，經檢查女子右肩發現旋轉肌腱內有俗稱結石的鈣化點，經藥物及復健治療，女子症狀已緩解。醫師表示，女子疑因長期使用電腦，右手過度使用滑鼠，致肩肌腱反覆性受傷，建議每使用30分鐘電腦，應起身活動、伸展肩膀。

北市聯醫今舉辦肌腱炎衛教記者會，收治病例的北市聯醫中興院區復健科主任武俊傑說，女子到院時，右手完全無法抬起，經檢查女子右手肩膀旋轉肌腱，罹患鈣化性肌腱炎，懷疑女子右肩長期固定姿勢使用電腦，造成血液循環不佳、肌腱發炎，因鈣化性肌腱炎極易反覆發作，症狀嚴重時須以手術清除結石，建議須配合調整工作及施力習慣，並適時運動、伸展以防再發。
