其實程序正義根本就是有點問題的用語 程序不等於正義 程序規定或是法律規定 是僵硬的要件跟效果 正義是每個人對個案決定 看法 (法官也不能代表正義喔) 是浮動的 根本沒有固定標準答案的 例如大埔案每人看法都不同 個人以為根本是互斥的東西 不曉得哪一個天才把他加在一起 如果你是半澤 上面一個星期要你拿回五億 又何嘗是程序?? 根本非法要求 標準這要給法務部門去催收 無法回收再轉呆帳 怎麼叫貸款的人去催收 大家還是去了解一下銀行實務再來發言 不要鬧笑話 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 210.69.124.30
