陸官媒指上海自貿區解除網禁之報導不實

大陸官方媒體人民網報導，有關「上海自貿區解禁Facebook」等消息為誤傳，自貿區的網路管理措施不會變化。香港南華早報日前報導，上海自由貿易區將允許用戶瀏覽Facebook (FB)和Twitter及《紐約時報》(The New York Times)等被禁的西方媒體網站、同時允許外國電信公司在自貿區營運。

根據目前最新消息，上海自貿區將於9月29日正式掛牌成立；人民網據上海權威渠道獲悉，上海自貿區解禁Facebook等說法不正確，自貿試驗區的制度安排不會涉及意識形態方面的內容；上海自貿區的「網路管理措施不會變化」。

BBC中文網報導，大陸官方媒體人民日報旗下的環球網亦針對自貿區將「開放政治敏感國外網站」的消息發表社評表示，「上海自貿區，『網絡特區說』過顯誇張」。該社評指出，「不能排除自貿區在網路設置方面更加開放的可能性，但即使自貿區真的那樣做，也屬於對自貿區國際商務環境的配套服務設計，而不會是自貿區的主打特色。」

環球網評論文章並指出，設立防火牆是中國大陸走進互聯網時代「留的一手」；「上海自貿區應根據實際需要決定是否對臉書等等境外流行網站實行開放，國家不能看互聯網的臉色行事」。
