前幾天因家人有換車需要.. 到台南公園路上一間XX二手機車行看了一部二手車

原本交易過程十分愉快.. 親切的老闆(?)一再拍胸脯保證他們是做信用的

我跟家人看過之後便於今天下訂了一輛2012年的NEW FIGHTER

結果今天交車時拿到行照.. 卻發現該車其實是2011年出廠.. 2012領牌的

老闆一再解釋說這是正常的.. 業界都是這樣做

但我們認為這種蓄意隱瞞的行為很不厚道.. 也沒辦法接受

便跟老闆協議我們虧個兩三千元.. 當作補償他過戶的費用.. 這部車就還給他

但不料原先以為很親切的老闆臉色一變.. 絲毫沒有要跟我們商量的意思

甚至很不客氣的說叫我去找消保官來也一樣

小弟生平第一次.. 也沒想到會遇上這樣的店家

不過生氣歸生氣.. 事情還是得處理

建議後續該怎麼做呢? 現在車子還留在店家那
