立委要求關廠工人全以公法處理

關廠工人貸款案，有97件訴訟案日前被民事庭法官認定是「公法」契約，以無管轄權理由轉送行政庭審理，這些欠款勞工有可能因已逾5年的公法請求權時效而免還錢。

立法院社福衛環委員會今天提案通過，要求勞委會一個月內，研議其他訴訟案是否也全轉到行政庭。
