【綜合報導】美國總統歐巴馬目前正在聯合國大會發表演說，他強調美國將提供3.4億美元（約102億台幣）作為敘利亞的人道支援經費，但他同時也呼籲聯合國安理會必須提出有效的解決方案，確保敘利亞會遵守其對（銷毀）化武的承諾。若敘利亞總統阿塞德也必須面對一旦食言的後果。
