醉男搶手機 被害女扮柯南報警

（中央社記者陳淑芬台中24日電）50歲李姓男子藉酒裝瘋，凌晨尾隨女子進超商，藉故咆哮毆打，搶走女子手機逃逸。女子不甘被搶，跟蹤後報警逮捕送辦。

台中市警察局第六分局表示，今天凌晨接獲一家超商報案指稱，店內發生糾紛；警方前往現場，店員指稱一名男子尾隨女子進入店內，藉故咆哮謾罵，還出手毆打女子，搶走她的手機後逃逸。

遭搶的30歲李姓女子在案發不久後自行到派出所報案指出，她遭不明男子尾隨，因害怕而躲入超商，男子竟跟進超商，毆打並搶走她的手機。李女說，她不甘手機遭搶，暗中跟蹤男子，確定男子住處後，搭計程車向警方報案。

員警前往位於台灣大道的某店家內查訪，經李女指認出涉案的李男。

李男否認搶奪犯行，但警方當場撥打李女手機號碼，李男藏在口袋內手機立即響起，現場人贓俱獲。警方依搶奪、傷害罪將李男移送法辦。1020924
