【劉志原╱台北報導】淫魔富少李宗瑞遭控迷姦、偷拍34名女子案，台北地院本月初依乘機性交等罪判他合併執行22年4個月，並賠償其中12人共1425萬元，法官仍將李宗瑞羈押以防逃，另因他去年到案時，被查出曾服用2級毒品MDMA(搖頭丸)，台北地院上周已先將李宗瑞送觀察勒戒，為期最長2個月。

此外，李宗瑞認為只涉偷拍，沒性侵，卻被判這麼重、賠這麼多，已委請律師上訴；檢方也認為，李宗瑞下藥迷姦、性侵、偷拍，原本求刑266年半，建請法院合併執行有期徒刑最重刑度30年，但法院僅判合併執行22年多，刑度太輕，也提上訴，法院今已收到雙方上訴狀；另也有被害女子認為判賠金額太低，也提上訴。
