【台股盤前】中秋連假後　外資偏多態勢可望持續

【劉煥彥／台北報導】受到亞股漲多拉回與立法院新會期開議影響，台股周一大漲後，昨天就陷入觀望，但從籌碼面觀察，外資在現貨買超42億元，期貨淨多單降至4908口。整體來說，外資在中秋節前看多台股態度未變，且連假結束後偏多態勢可望持續。
 
大慶證券指出，本周觀察重點仍為明早聯準會政策會議結論。由於溫和派可望主導聯準會，QE規模即使縮減，估計幅度不會太大。只要減幅不超過200億美元，美股近期仍可望挑戰歷史高點。
 
在操作策略上，以展望透明度較高的族群為首選，例如進入消費旺季的手機、平板、NB；受惠基礎建設的鋼鐵；將進入傳統旺季的水泥，而且可搭配9月營收向上，集團作帳股。
