安理會常任理事國　討論敘利亞化武決議案

【綜合報導】聯合國安理會五個常任理事國昨（17日）召開會議，討論制定一份有關敘利亞化武問題的決議，但各方出現重要分歧。法、英和美要求這份決議包含威脅對敘利亞採取軍事行動，但是俄羅斯反對，決議恐又難產。

聯合國周發表化學武器攻擊事件，證實確有發射沙林神經毒素，但是報告並沒有指出是誰發射了這枚火箭。法、英、美認為，敘利亞只有政府軍有能力發動這次攻擊的立場。但俄羅斯外交部長拉夫羅夫說，俄羅斯確信這次攻擊是敘利亞反叛力量發動的挑釁性行動，決議恐又流產。
