資本遠高於要求 美銀行不怕金融危機

美國各大銀行16日公布的內部壓力測試報告顯示，這些銀行有能力度過嚴重的經濟危機，並維持資本水準遠高於監管機關的最低要求。

美國最大銀行摩根大通（JPMorgan Chase）在網站上表示，即使遭到嚴重衝擊，其第一類普通資本比率仍能維持在8.5%以上，高於5%的最低要求。第二大銀行美國銀行（BofA）則預測，即使美國陷入嚴重衰退，包括房價大跌21%和失業率飆升至11.7%，其第一類普通資本比率仍能維持在8.4%或更高。

高盛集團（Goldman Sach）也表示，該行能在導致全球股市暴跌近40%的市場衝擊中存活下來，並維持第一類普通資本比率在8.9%以上。高盛還預測，如果遭到嚴重衝擊，該行在2013年第2季到2015年第2季的九季將淨損62億美元。
