日召開安保法律懇談會　重啟修憲討論

【綜合報導】「關於重新構築安全保障法律基礎懇談會」昨（17日）在日本東京召開，討論集團自衛權問題。日本首相安倍晉三稱：「任何憲法解釋都不能犧牲國民的生存和國家的存立。要直視憲法制定以來的變化，討論符合新時代的憲法解釋。」中國媒體則解讀其「加快修憲步伐」。

這場「安保法律懇談會」成立於2007年，目的即討論修改憲法，2008年該會正式向政府提交報告，呼籲修改「禁止行使集體自衛權」的憲法解釋。該懇談會去年因安倍重新上臺得以重啟，但為避免對今年7月舉行的參院選舉造成負面影響，懇談會一直沒有召開，直到昨天才在東京登場。
