馬找立委餐敘 談及政爭疑慮

馬英九總統今晚找國民黨立委餐敘，除了黨團幹部林鴻池、林德福、王廷升外，出席者包括呂學樟、賴士葆、孔文吉、呂玉玲、徐少萍、盧嘉辰、王惠美、王育敏等人。

餐敘時，藍委提及近來紛擾的馬王政爭，指許多檢察官濫權起訴、濫權監聽，已造成「白色恐怖」，許多人心中都有疑慮，且檢察總長黃世銘越級報告，違反行政程序、倫理。馬總統回應表示，上任以來一直要求監聽程序必須合法、經過法院同意。

另外，與會立委也談及十月電價調漲，擔心有「劫貧濟富」的疑慮，指台電向民營電廠購電價格也隨之調漲，有圖利特定廠商之嫌，必須審慎評估。
