王金平收抗告書後　全案才送高院

【劉志原╱台北報導】台北地院發言人賴劍毅說，法院明先會將國民黨抗告書狀，郵寄一份給王金平，確認王金平收到後，全案卷宗才會送交高等法院，郵寄程序一來一往，約須7到10天，除非王金平或其律師親自到法院領收抗告狀，否則，抗告案可能最快7天後才會送至高院；但王金平的律師許英傑晚間表示，明天會至法院閱卷，賴劍毅表示，若明天王金平的律師閱卷並收受抗告書，全案隨即就會送高院。

高院行政庭長洪光燦說：「此案受到全國矚目，收案後會以最快速度處理。」一名資深法官說：「最快一天內作出裁定；若法官認為有必要開庭，時間會較久，但依規定應在5個月內裁定。」
