綠營明將杯葛議事 不讓江上台

立法院周二開議，民進黨立院黨團幹事長高志鵬說，將杯葛議事，不讓行政院長江宜樺上台做施政報告，「這個目標一定誓死完成」。

高志鵬今天受訪表示，馬總統毀憲、違法，而江揆更對立法院「說三道四」，引發民怨，「一個應該認錯下台的行政院長，不可能讓他上台」；要求江宜樺認錯道歉是最基本的，但並非這樣就可上台，「憲政戰爭絕不只為了求得江宜樺廉價的一句道歉」。

據了解，民進黨團會讓江宜樺進入議場，但阻止他上台。早上8點半，民進黨團將再舉行黨團會議，討論杯葛形式。
