國民黨遞抗告狀 高院明天分案

國民黨律師團今天下午5時30分向台北方法院對法院裁准王金平假處分案遞抗告狀，最快今晚將所有證卷送台灣高等法院，高院行政人員已經下班，因此明天才能分案由民事庭法官審理。高院民事合議庭審理後，快則一天裁定，最慢不能逾五個月。高院發言人、行政庭長洪光燦說，本案是社會矚目案件，相信法官會儘速裁定，定紛止爭。
