F-麗豐 第一上市過關

證交所14日召開上市審議委員會，審議通過F-麗豐公司（克緹國際）初次申請股票第一上市案，同時要求最大股東陳武剛等人，股票上市後6個月內才能領回二分之一，其餘要在屆滿1年後才可全數領回。

證交所表示，為落實強制集保精神，請F-麗豐公司董事、法人董事代表人、Prax Capital Fund II, L.P.（普凱投資基金）及其最大股東陳武剛間接持股，而非屬審查準則第28-9條規範股票應提交集中保管者，依承諾將持股提交集中保管。

也就是說，F-麗豐股票自上市買賣開始日起屆滿6個月後，始得領回二分之一；其餘股票部分，自上市買賣開始日起屆滿1年後始得全數領回。

F-麗豐實收資本額6億6800萬元，董事長為克緹國際董事長陳武剛的女兒陳碧華，公司獲利表現優，去年稅前盈餘8億餘元，每股稅後盈餘8.84元，今年上半年稅前盈餘4億3,297萬元，每股稅後盈餘4.62元。
