茂為OMG 新光人壽 奧斯吉 工作內容 ~皆為Android APP工程師~ 待遇 N N-1 N+1 年終 近幾年1個多 近幾年兩個月以上 保障一個月 月到兩個月 通勤距離 ~反正都住桃園，差不多遠~ 獎金&福利 全勤累計制 無獎金 專案獎金 最高可領到 有加班費 分發時間 2500有績效 及額度不 獎金 固定 工作時數 應該會蠻常加班 很少加班 也會蠻常加班 小弟是私立資工碩畢，目前這三家在考慮中 其實就年終算起來新光比較好，但是缺點在沒有獎金 OMG主管人感覺很好，只是不知道全勤獎金是否有能力可以領到 而且OMG股票最近幾年跌很兇，不知道會不會影響到年終 年終如果以OMG和奧斯吉一個月，新光兩個月來算新光樂勝兩家一萬 只是新光沒有其他額外獎金 所以對一個新鮮人來說 獎金能不能拿到，年終幾個月的因素加進去真的很難抉擇 請問各位該選哪一家好呢 PS: N為比較數 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.185.136.21 ※ 編輯: jknm0510a 來自: 111.185.136.21 (09/05 18:27)
