恐龍法官退場機制 銓敘部：再研議

《法官法》去年上路後，首度舉辦職務評比，但有高達98.14％的法官、檢察官的考績達「良好」，引發考試委員質疑和社會觀感差很大，建議應有退場機制。銓敘部今天在考試院院會上報告法官、檢察官職務評定的檢討建議，認為相關評鑑制度自101年才開始施行，執行成效如何，有待進一步觀察。
