涉嫌非法捕撈 蔡波遭菲警方逮捕

菲律賓警方今天(5日)表示，1名台灣男子因為涉嫌非法捕撈而在菲律賓遭到逮捕。

菲律賓巴丹群島省(Batanes)警官戴沙貢(Victor de Sagon)告訴法新社，54歲的蔡波3日在靠近菲律賓與台灣之間邊界的巴丹群島外海捕撈龍蝦時遭到拘押。

戴沙貢表示，「他們這麼做已經有很長時間，這是猖獗的越界盜獵」。他又說，蔡波是一群在夏揚島(Siayan island)海岸外非法捕撈的嫌犯之一，將被控越界盜獵，這項罪名將被處以10萬美元罰款，漁獲、漁具和漁船也將全數沒收。

戴沙貢並且否認台灣媒體有關蔡波遭到虐待的報導。他表示，菲律賓方面並未侵犯蔡波的人權，蔡波受到很好的對待，也接受健康檢查，並且與妻子和中華民國駐菲律賓代表處定期聯繫。

台灣中央通訊社今天引述蔡波妻子施麗華的話說，菲律賓警方用手銬銬住蔡波，並以繩子綑綁他的身體，用槍抵著他的頭部，讓蔡波跪在船上4個小時直到上岸，上岸時還用拖的，造成蔡波的腰和腳扭傷。
