西子灣首見白海豚擱淺送成大鯨豚中心照護 2013年09月05日14:08 http://www.appledaily.com.tw/realtimenews/article/new/20130905/254084/1/ 【涂建豐／高雄報導】高雄西子灣沙灘今早 8點多有民眾發現一隻 中華白海豚擱淺，經海巡人員與獸醫師保濕照顧，下午 1點半已送 上貨車，運到成功大學海洋生物及鯨豚研究中心照顧，日後視繼康 狀況再評估野放。 成大鯨豚中心主任王建平說，這隻擱淺白海豚身長 242公分，體重 約 150公斤，體色還有許多黑色，所以應該還是隻年輕的海豚，至 於擱淺原因還需要進一步研究，但目前觀察白海豚健康狀況不良， 身上有藤壺，表示游很慢，有可能因此被海浪送到沙灘擱淺。 中山大學海洋事物研究所助理教授李政諦說，中華白海豚分布在苗 栗到台南北門，高雄是首度發現，可能與空間迷向或受洋流影響， 白海豚是一級保護動物，台灣族群剩不到100隻。 一隻中華白海豚上午在西子灣沙灘擱淺，海巡人員趕往救援。張世瑜攝 擱淺的白海豚身上還有黑色，專家研判是一隻年輕的白海豚。翻攝畫面 救難人員替擱淺海豚保濕，然後運往成功大學照顧。張世瑜攝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 14.45.130.155
