小妹曾在銀行櫃檯工作兩年， 後轉至小貿易公司擔任國外業務工作四年 目前28歲 目前待業轉職中 有幸拿到三分OFFER但難以抉擇 想請板友提供意見 我考量的點主要是想找份可以長久待下去且有發展性的工作 OFFER 如下 A B C 工作 銀行信託部 國外業務 國外業務助理 起薪 34~36K 約36k(獎金不詳) 約32k(獎金不詳) 上班情形 8:45~17:45 8:30~17:30 8:30~17:30(半小時彈性) (據說有加班費但沒人敢報) (無加班費) (有加班費但沒人敢報) 內容 基金保管 開發、維持 維持舊客戶 福利 年終約兩個月 年終不詳，看營運狀況 滿一年一個月底薪 19k 績效獎金另外算 三節+生日約11k 三節各1000 滿一年才有三節 各1/3底薪 發展性 未接觸過信託部工作 代理某英國重機廠牌 外銷精品珠寶 但感覺進入金融業之後 與零件擔心自己對此 工作內容與上一份工作 就只能在金融業界徘迴 產品無興趣或專業無 較相似 產品內容可能較 很怕一日金融業終生金 法勝任 (50年老公司) 有興趣 融業 地點 台北市騎車30分鐘 新北市 騎車15分鐘 台北市 騎車30分鐘 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.24.189.98
