我漁民被菲扣留 人平安但仍未釋放

我國漁民又被菲國警方扣留，外交部亞太司副司長周穎華說，昨天下午與被扣押漁民蔡波聯繫時，蔡波以台語回答「現在人好好的」，人身安全沒有疑慮，被逮捕時也未被暴力相待。周穎華表示，目前無法證實是否有越界捕魚的情形，在正式報告出爐之前，暫時不會對菲方主張做出任何回應。
