餐廳名稱：龍都酒樓 地址：台北市中山北路一段105巷18號之一 電話：0225639293 消費時間：2013.9.5 事發經過： 我7/24定了9/8的位置 直到今天9/5 我打去問能不能加位 對方才說9/8沒有提供港點喔 因為師父中秋節要趕月餅 我問她為什麼沒有提早通知? 他說 因為行事曆這兩天才出來 我們已經在通知了 完全沒有道歉! 中秋節難道是這兩天才知道的嗎??? 我不能接受!! 後來換經理來說 我們沒有錯 我們也是在通知 你不能接受我也沒辦法 如果你要補償 你敢說要吃什麼 我就請你! 態度超跩 這是該說的話嗎? 我說 是我打去 你們才說的 你們啥時通知了? 她才說 不好意思 我以為是我們通知 你不能接受.... 沒搞清楚就兇客人 是哪門子的服務 讓人非常不舒服 再好吃 服務差就是失敗 列為黑名單 不會再去了 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.229.3.214
